We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our team at EXL. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing various financial transactions, including cash reconciliations, receivable clearing account reconciliations, and suspense account reconciliations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cash Reconciliations: Ensuring that all cash transactions are accurately recorded and matched to bank statements.
  • Receivable Clearing Account Reconciliation: Reviewing and reconciling receivable accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • In-transit Recon Workbook Updating: Maintaining up-to-date records of in-transit transactions to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Suspense Account Reconciliation: Resolving suspense items in a timely manner to minimize delays and inaccuracies.
  • Updating Intercompany Settlement Workbooks on Daily Basis: Coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely intercompany settlements.
  • Safeguarding Accounts Reconciliation on Daily Basis: Regularly reviewing and reconciling safeguarding accounts to prevent errors and unauthorized transactions.
  • JIRA Ticket Entries Posting - Daily Basis: Accurately posting JIRA ticket entries to ensure proper accounting and reporting.
  • Uploading Platform and Bank Entries into NS - Weekly Basis: Ensuring that all platform and bank entries are accurately uploaded into the system.
  • Exception Matching - Daily Basis: Identifying and resolving exceptions in a timely manner to minimize delays and inaccuracies.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • 10 Deferred Revenue reconciliation - Monthly: Ensuring that deferred revenue is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Collaborating with Business Units and Stakeholders: Working closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

This role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
