Junior Webflow Developer Position Overview

The role of Junior Webflow Developer entails building and maintaining responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, utilizing CMS, interactions, and animations. This involves integrating tools, optimizing for speed, SEO, and conversions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with design, product, and growth teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, leveraging CMS, interactions, and animations.
  • Implement basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-performing web experiences.
  • Integrate forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools (Zapier, Segment, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Optimize websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts.
  • Implement analytics tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures.
  • Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages.
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and growth teams.
  • Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel).
  • Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Leadsquared, etc).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
