Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Airport Operations Control Centre Manager to lead our airport operations team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing airport processes and resources, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving optimum levels of coordination with all airport partners to ensure that all airport processes function well.

About the Role:

  • To manage the day-to-day functioning of the AOCC in a manner which is compliant with regulatory requirements and in accordance with various airport regulations, objectives, and philosophy.
  • To synchronize performance of all airport processes and sub-processes so as to ensure that quality, efficiency, and punctuality objectives of the airport are achieved in real-time operations.
  • To implement management-approved standard operating procedures pertaining to AOCC.
  • To carry out daily functioning of the AOCC in a manner which is compliant with regulatory requirements and is in accordance with various airport regulations, objectives, and philosophy.
  • To continuously monitor AOCC stakeholders' performance as per the process defined.
  • To manage airport processes/resources in a proactive manner and ensure prevention of operational bottlenecks.
