Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned web application developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex full-stack systems using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The ideal candidate will have 13-15 years of proven expertise in architecting, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust, maintainable, and highly responsive web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Architect and implement secure, scalable, and efficient full-stack solutions ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and responsiveness.
  • Develop complex frontend interfaces using React.js, including component design, state management, and interaction with backend APIs.
  • Build and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js, ensuring high throughput and low latency.
  • Design, implement, and manage MongoDB databases, optimizing schema design and query performance.
  • Integrate with various third-party services and APIs as required by application features.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in MERN stack development, including clean code, testing strategies, security, and performance optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 13-15 years of proven experience in full-stack web development.
  • Deep expertise and hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, including advanced concepts, state management libraries (such as Redux, MobX, or Zustand), and component lifecycle.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
  • Extensive experience with MongoDB, including database design, query optimization, and data modeling.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with version control systems, primarily Git.
  • Solid understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and software development methodologies.
