The role of a Quality Assurance Executive involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all training materials are compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Update employee courses, modules, and other amendments in the system.
  • Follow up and reconcile past due trainings to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of GMP Technical training and QA department training.
  • Troubleshoot issues with the system.
  • Issue, retrieve, control, and archive documents such as SOPs, Forms, Records, Specs, STPs, RM, SFG, FG, and Master List documents.
  • Prepare software handling and compliance documents.
  • Update the Master List of SOPs, Specs, STPs, and other documents.
  • Manage SOPs, Specs, STPs, Forms, Records, and other documents using Document Management.
  • Process requests for uncontrolled master documents for closure of exceptions and reference purposes.
  • Control the general document number for all documents.
  • Document out-of-specification exceptions and change control.
  • Ensure effective implementation of QMS through application system.
  • Ensure effective artwork through harmony.
  • Prepare the Maximum Retail Price List.
  • Prepare the Annual Product Quality Review as per timelines and identify improvement areas or recommendations.
  • Perform CAPA effectiveness check activity related to Audit Compliance CAPAs.
  • Follow practices related to Safety and COBC.
  • Perform miscellaneous activities assigned by seniors.
