Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive to lead our accounting and vendor management functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the processing of invoices and recording of payments in the General Ledger.
  2. Verify and process expense claims in a timely manner.
  3. Set up and reconcile vendor accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with client contacts and vendors to resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies.
  5. Respond to AP inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Perform reconciliation of vendor accounts and request missing invoices and statements as needed.
  7. Update Vendor master information as requested by vendors and business associates.
