Interview Panelist

As an Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting virtual screening interviews for blue and grey collar job profiles across various sectors. Your primary goal will be to ensure a smooth and effective interview process.

You will use Zoom and web-based technical panels to manage and conduct interviews. Your tasks will include evaluating candidate profiles against job requirements, maintaining accurate records of interview outcomes, and providing detailed feedback to the recruitment team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, screening, or interviewing, preferably for blue and grey collar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates from various backgrounds.
• Proficient in using Zoom and web-based interview portals, with strong technical skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of an additional regional language is a plus.
• Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience conducting high-volume interviews for blue and grey collar profiles.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of industry trends and challenges in blue and grey collar hiring across India.
