About the Position

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Snowflake Managed Services team. Your expertise in data engineering will be instrumental in ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Snowflake and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement optimized Snowflake pipelines, data models, and transformations to drive business value.
  • Provide comprehensive support for Snowflake jobs, queries, and integrations, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Investigate and resolve technical incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA) to inform process improvements.
  • Monitor and manage Snowflake costs, optimizing query performance and warehouse utilization.
  • Facilitate service requests, including user provisioning, role management, and access changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and process consistency.
