Job Description

We're seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative, user-centered products that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.

Responsibilities

* Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate research findings into actionable design solutions.
* Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define design goals, objectives, and strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Create conceptual designs, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
* Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Ensure consistency and coherence across all product touchpoints.
* Develop visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines while maintaining a focus on usability and accessibility.
* Iterate designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results. Continuously optimize and refine the product experience.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to ensure seamless integration of design and development processes.
* Produce detailed design specifications, design guidelines, and style guides to facilitate efficient development and maintenance of the product.
* Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Share knowledge and insights with the design team.

Requirements

* 1-3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a technology or digital product company.
* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Figjam, etc.
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
* Some past experience and awareness of user research techniques, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
* Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and user interface design.
* Familiarity with programmatic job advertising, Ad-Tech, HR-Tech is a plus.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
