Job Description

As a senior motion graphic designer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality visual content. Your expertise in motion graphics and video production will be essential in elevating both client content and internal brand projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Understanding project briefs and translating them into compelling visual stories
  • Designing static and animated graphics for social media, digital platforms, banners, and interfaces using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Developing storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts for motion graphics projects
  • Animating graphics and typography using Adobe After Effects
  • Editing and assembling video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Contributing creative ideas and participating actively in brainstorming sessions
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure brand consistency and meet project goals
  • Constructively applying feedback to refine and enhance deliverables
  • Maintaining well-organised project files and meeting tight deadlines

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in the creative/design/video field
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Communication Design
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to produce consistent, creative, and eye-catching designs
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to commit to an on-site role for a minimum of 2 years
