Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Vodafone Idea Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing Channel Partners and driving revenue growth in the West Bengal region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading telecom service provider in India. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Telco/FMCG and possess excellent distributor management skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Appoint and manage Channel Partners to effectively service retailers and expand distribution
  • Deliver revenue and sales targets
  • Ensure distributors have the necessary infrastructure, investment, and involvement to provide reliable and effective service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Graduate degree with MBA preferred
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to operate with minimal guidance and motivate team members
  • Proficiency in English and local market language
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹10-15 Lakhs, depending on experience. This includes benefits such as performance bonuses and career development opportunities.
