Business Development Specialist

The primary goal of this position is to cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners, banks, distributors, and agents in the region. This involves developing business through consultative engagement with finance and treasury heads, CEOs, and other key stakeholders.

To achieve this objective, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and selling financial services to RMs and sales people in banks across the region.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Building a strong network of agents and distributors to drive business expansion.
  • Conducting market analysis and industry research to stay up-to-date on trends and developments.

This role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
  • Agent/Distributor Management: Build and manage a network of agents and distributors to drive business expansion and increase revenue.
