UX Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team. As a global organization, we collaborate with top clients on exciting projects, fostering an environment where learning and growth thrive every day.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing web/mobile applications and possess expertise in user experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, and digital transformation.

The selected individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge solutions that meet the latest standards, changes, and trends in mobile design.

  • Designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking application, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest standards, changes, and trends in mobile design.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Banking experience is preferred
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications
  • Expert level skills in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends and demonstrable design skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
