Job Description

This IT Infrastructure Support Specialist role will be part of our global IT support team, providing hands-on support and coordinating with IT staff across multiple functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations with local and global impact, setting priorities, managing change, and resolving issues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Configure and deploy endpoint devices, including PCs and mobile devices, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.
  • Deploy and support standard collaboration technologies like Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and video conferencing endpoints, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Manage device deployment, analytics, and end-user support using tools like AAD, Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow, ensuring efficient and secure operations.
  • Handle incident and request tasks for deployed infrastructure services, resolving complex problems and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot user access and authentication issues related to Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD (AAD), as well as multi-factor authentication tools.
  • Analyze and enhance IT reports, dashboards, and metrics on infrastructure, service delivery, and customer satisfaction, recommending process improvements and workflow automation solutions.
  • Create IT support guides, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources to ensure the IT team is equipped to configure and support deployed solutions.
  • Deploy network hardware such as switches, routers, and access points, along with associated patching, supporting Local Area Network and Wireless Network.
  • Assist with computer endpoint peripherals, including printers, multifunction devices, port replicators, docking stations, and Follow Me Print solutions.
  • Manage end-user hardware asset and configuration life cycles using tools like ServiceNow.
  • Perform moves, adds, and changes to maintain efficient IT operations.
  • Lead special projects and tasks with cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively to achieve shared objectives.
  • Provide proactive support to senior executives, both directly and remotely, ensuring their technical needs are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience (3-7 years minimum)
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform
  • Proficiency in managing hardware assets
  • Vendor management skills
  • Ability to manage inter-building asset moves

The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
