Job Summary

Pipal Biz seeks a highly skilled Steel Billet Production Specialist to operate and maintain the Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) in our Steel Melting Shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CCM equipment to produce high-quality steel billets.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency.
  • Inspect and maintain CCM equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct quality checks to guarantee product quality.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
  • Maintain accurate production records.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience operating CCM equipment in a steel manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of CCM operations and maintenance.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime as required.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth.
