We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Technology Specialist to join our dynamic team, who is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using the Flutter framework.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience using the Flutter framework, Dart, and Java, and a strong understanding of mobile app architectures, design patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture), and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead the design and development of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
2) Collaborate with project team members to define project requirements, technical specifications, and deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
3) Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
4) Optimize the performance of mobile applications, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency across various devices and platforms.
5) Lead debugging and troubleshooting processes to resolve app performance issues and bugs.
6) Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into development practices.
7) Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
8) Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that the applications meet quality, performance, and security standards.
9) Integrate third-party services, APIs, and libraries to enhance the functionality of mobile applications.
10) Ensure proper version control using Git and manage the codebase in collaboration with project team members.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, MCA or IT-related field.
2) At least 2 years of experience using the Flutter framework, Dart, and Java.
3) Strong understanding of mobile app architectures, design patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture), and best practices.
4) Experience with mobile application development tools such as Android Studio, VS Code, and Xcode, Spring Tool Suite.
5) Expertise in integrating RESTful APIs, working with databases, and handling asynchronous programming.
6) Strong debugging, performance profiling, and optimization skills.
7) Experience with Firebase services (e.g., Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions) or other backend integrations.
8) Knowledge of native development for Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) is an advantage.
9) Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes.
10) Excellent communication & presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
11) Experience leading or mentoring a development team.
12) Familiarity with state management solutions in Flutter (e.g., Provider, GetX, Riverpod).
13) Knowledge of backend services best practices.
14) Experience in API testing frameworks and tools(e.g., Postman) for continuous integration.
