Project Management Executive

This role is responsible for coordinating project execution and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Team to identify new demands and ensure seamless project delivery
  • Facilitate recruitment and hiring of new team members in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Maintain accurate dashboards and track key performance indicators
  • Chair regular meetings with stakeholders and publish meeting minutes and status reports
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries, issues, and concerns
  • Drive business decisions and ensure compliance with established procedures
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

You will work collaboratively with others and possess excellent communication and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A bachelor's degree is preferred with 1-3 years experience in project management from a service-based organization.
