Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for creating RFQs, POs, and SOs to procure goods and services. You will negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible prices and terms, manage vendor relationships, and oversee order management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to procure goods and services
  • Create POs (Purchase Orders) to confirm orders with vendors
  • Create SOs (Sales Orders) to manage inventory and track orders
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible prices and terms
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products
  • Oversee order management to ensure that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchase, procurement, or supply chain
  • Experience working on SAP is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
