Job Title: Associate - Design

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to fill the position of Associate – Design. This role will provide an opportunity to work on various aspects of graphic design, merchandise design, and branding.

  • Design and develop product mockups, prototypes, and illustrations for merchandise and marketing materials.
  • Utilize market trends and consumer insights to create innovative merchandise collections.
  • Produce high-quality graphics and illustrations for digital and offline use, including social media, presentations, and sales kits.
  • Collaborate with Merchandise and Marketing teams to create artwork, branding, and event-related designs.
  • Assume ownership of end-to-end expo and event design execution, ensuring seamless delivery and implementation.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication platforms.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems for managing and organizing design files.
  • Stay updated on the latest design tools, practices, and trends to enhance outputs and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support the creation of impactful presentations and sales materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design (graduates from National Institute of Fashion Technology preferred).
  • Experience: 3–6 years of experience in merchandise, branding, or graphic design.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design software.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work, including illustrations, merchandise, and branding.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and departments.
  • Access to necessary design software and tools.
