We are seeking an experienced Statistical Programmer Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical SAS programming, experience leading programming teams, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute statistical programming projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement statistical analysis plans, programming specifications, and data validation procedures.
  • Lead a team of programmers in the development of statistical programming deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project results.
Qualifications:
  • More than 5 years of experience in clinical SAS programming.
  • Good experience in SDTM, ADAM programming, specification creation, and TLFs.
  • Study lead experience is preferred.
  • eSub experience, including define.xml creation and validation, SDRG/ADRG creation, and eSub package creation for FDA submissions.
