Job Title: Test Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team of passionate engineers who thrive on tackling complex business challenges with innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute automated test cases for web-based applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA leads to identify test requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of an Agile development team.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on automation best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Test Automation with strong proficiency in Java.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG or JUnit.
  • Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks (Data Driven, Keyword Driven, Hybrid, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
  • Experience with Maven/Gradle, Git, and version control systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab CI).
  • Knowledge of RESTful API automation (using RestAssured, Postman, or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with BDD tools like Cucumber is a plus.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
