Job Description

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for assessing and meeting client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences.

You will produce sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills.

Creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and meet client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences.
  • Produce sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects.
  • Develop idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of design principles and demonstrate aptitude.
  • Build an excellent portfolio of previous works.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential projects.
  • Modular interior experience is a must.
  • Registration with a recognized Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Experience in handling clients and managing projects independently.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Sketch-up.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
