Front End Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Development Team Lead to join our front-end development team in creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-centric applications.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in modern web technologies, UI/UX best practices, and team leadership. A successful candidate will have experience in leading high-performing teams, architecting complex front-end systems, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of front-end developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of front-end components and features.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment within the team.
Technical Requirements
  • Architect, design, and develop responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications.
  • Take ownership of front-end architecture, design patterns, and reusable components.
  • Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design assets into high-quality code.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Expertise in modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience in state management (Redux, Context API, NgRx, Vuex, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG/ARIA).
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of UI performance optimization and security best practices.
  • Exposure to TypeScript and Next.js/Nuxt.js.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
