Synopsis of the Position:

  • This role involves comprehensive planning, design, and execution of architectural and master planning projects.
  • You will lead project teams, conduct feasibility analysis, coordinate with stakeholders, manage meetings, review consultant work, ensure standards compliance, create reports and proposals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to regulations, oversee site activities, develop design solutions, and perform final inspections.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery
  • Advanced knowledge of SketchUp, experience working on-site, and familiarity with USGBC and Revit are highly desirable
