The platform provides actionable multi-dimensional insights to network, cloud, and application operators.

We aim to enable operations teams to meet their KPIs through seamless collaboration, search-driven conversational user experience, and automated data engineering pipelines.

We provide solutions used by leading Telecoms, Media Providers, Retail, and Professional Sports organizations across the world.

We are seeking passionate, high-energy, results-oriented individuals with strong technical skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Be a technical expert on our operational analytics solution for networks, applications & security workflows;
  • Take a hands-on role in the integration of product to meet customer requirements;
  • Deploy our solution at customers, including understanding their data, workflow & analytics requirements;
  • Ensure that customers are adequately enabled for use, understanding & self-serve extensions of our capabilities;
  • Collaborate with sales team and partners for pre-sales activities;
  • Own design, development & execution plans for POC, and lead to completion of deployment;
  • Improve the product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering;
  • Experienced in coding with Python and familiar with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure;
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS CloudFormation Templates, and YAML;
  • Familiarity with designing SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data using Jupyter notebook;
  • Strong communication and comprehension skills, both verbal and written;
  • Experience with networks (e.g. Data Center, WAN, SD-WAN, Wifi, DNS/DHCP, Load Balancing)
  • Familiarity with network analytics
