The Financial Fraud team is seeking a dedicated risk manager to shape the next level of customer experience on our stores. The ideal candidate will define end-to-end program strategy, scope problems, design solutions with stakeholders from various departments (Machine Learning, Engineering, Business, etc.). This role also requires skills in conducting complex data analysis, driving prioritization and alignment with stakeholders, handling ambiguity, influencing leaders and stakeholders across organizations at different levels.
Job Description
As a Risk Manager, you will drive program strategy and define roadmaps to dis-incentivize financial fraud bad actors. You will also be responsible for scoping, designing, implementing, and continuously improving large-scale high-impact initiatives. Additionally, you will partner with Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, and Finance teams to align on input goals and deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive program strategy and define roadmaps to dis-incentivize financial fraud bad actors
* Scoping, designing, implementing, and continuously improving large-scale high-impact initiatives
* Partner with Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, and Finance teams to align on input goals and deliver scalable solutions
* Track performance of customer returns metrics and goals, identify trends, measure the impact of initiatives, and define path to green or mitigation plans as needed
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience handling confidential information
* 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience
* Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
* Experience with SQL and Excel
