Coffee Station Operations

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality coffee and beverage experience to our guests. This role involves crafting expertly prepared coffee drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting coffee station.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, including taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality and presentation, monitoring inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, and notifying management when replenishment is needed.
• Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure the coffee station and equipment are clean, organized, and well-maintained, following all health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Training and Collaboration: Train new staff on beverage preparation techniques and coffee station operations, collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to create a memorable coffee experience, addressing any guest concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Sales and Promotions: Actively promote specialty beverages, seasonal offerings, and loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
