
Freelance Business Growth Specialist

This is a commission-only freelance position that involves identifying decision-makers, building relationships and presenting QA service packages to grow the client base.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development or client acquisition, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to generate leads and build trusted client relationships.
We are seeking serious professionals who understand client acquisition and value building long-term business relationships. High performers will have long-term earning potential and the opportunity to grow with our organization as the role scales.
Responsibilities- Identify decision-makers within software/tech companies
- Build relationships that lead to pre-onboarding calls with our founder
- Presentation of QA service packages with confidence and professionalism
- Outreach across multiple channels
- Development and maintenance of a qualified sales pipeline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build trusted client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, client-facing tone)
- Results-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with software/technology sectors (preferred, not essential)
- Commission-only: starting at 10% of closed deals, with potential for higher tiers based on performance
- Payments released once we receive client funds (clear, transparent process)
- 6 month freelance contract, with renewal opportunities for high performers
