Public Relations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Chandigarh, Punjab.

  1. Media Relations:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media professionals. This includes establishing a robust network of contacts and building trust with key influencers.
  • Respond to media inquiries and act as a spokesperson when necessary, ensuring that all communications align with the organization's brand image and strategic goals.
  • Monitor media coverage and share relevant insights with stakeholders, providing valuable feedback on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management:
  • Design and execute PR campaigns to support brand awareness and product launches, utilizing a range of tactics including press releases, media kits, speeches, and other PR materials.
  • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the organization's objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Event Coordination:
  • Plan and organize press conferences, product launches, and other PR events, ensuring that all logistics are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Ensure events align with brand image and strategic goals, providing a professional and polished experience for attendees.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing PR campaigns and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
