Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Consolidation Specialist.

  • This role involves designing, configuring, and supporting financial consolidation and close processes for a global organization.
  • You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle FCCS software for financial reporting.
  • In this position, you will develop and manage cube views, dashboards, and reports for business users.
  • You will also integrate and manage SmartView for ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Your tasks will include supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • You will collaborate with finance and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintaining metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and business rules within FCCS is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS implementation and support. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting.

  • Familiarity with Cube Views, Dashboards, and SmartView is required.
  • You should have knowledge of metadata management, data loads, and reconciliation processes.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • An openness to learn and work on other consolidation tools (e.g., Tagetik) is a plus.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS implementation and support. A solid understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting is necessary.
