Job Description
The Solution Consultant will be responsible for implementing UKG products in customer environments, utilizing the defined implementation process and industry knowledge to meet established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. The ideal candidate will possess good client management skills, analytical abilities, and technical expertise to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations.

Responsibilities
- Follow best practices and procedures in analyzing various business situations or data requiring a review of multiple factors
- Work closely with other resources on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects
- Implement workforce management/human capital management software in various environments
- Proactively consult on best practice methodology, configuration design, and build activities to ensure client success
- Configure software applications
- Collaborate with resources for project-related decisions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience
- Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers and manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment with competing priorities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- A team player who is focused on providing an exemplary client-centric experience

Additional Skills Preferred
- Experience working with client/server and/or Web-Based technologies
- HCM/WFM knowledge/experience would be valuable
- Expert MS Excel skills (including ability to creatively combine Advanced Formulae, Functions, perform VLOOKUP or INDEX + MATCH, nested IF Statements)
