Job Title:

Backend Developer (Backend Engineer) is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services to drive our tech-enabled supply chain platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services to enable seamless communication between frontend and backend systems and various services. Design and implement data models and database schemas to support application features. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability. Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code. Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and security.

Qualifications & Experience:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Java and NoSQL-based databases. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and SQL and/or NoSQL technologies. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Familiarity with agile development methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous deployment. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
