Job Opportunity

This role is responsible for leading the development of financial strategies and enabling data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
  • Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • CA/MBA (Fin) degree or equivalent experience.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments and, ideally, in manufacturing.
  • Strong record of driving process improvements in FP&A.
A Day in the Life

Review key financial reports and dashboards to identify trends and priority areas. Lead team meetings to set daily objectives and collaborate with department heads to guide strategic initiatives. Present insights to the executive team and mentor your FP&A team while driving continuous process improvements and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
