Job Opportunity: Data Engineer

About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and data warehouse solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Pipeline Design: Develop scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to efficiently process and analyze large datasets.
  • Data Warehouse Development: Design and implement data warehouse solutions for business intelligence and analytics needs using GCP.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
  • Data Quality: Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes.
  • Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows for optimal performance and reliability.
  • Technology Expertise: Stay updated on the latest GCP tools and technologies to recommend best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data engineering with expertise in GCP.
  • Data Pipeline Design: Strong knowledge of data pipeline design and implementation.
  • Data Warehouse Architecture: Hands-on experience with data warehouse architecture and development.
  • Data Processing: Proficiency in working with large datasets and optimizing data workflows.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with additional cloud platforms or big data technologies.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in GCP or data engineering.
