Job Title: Junior Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and talented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and presentations.
  • Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings for client presentations.
  • Support in preparing detailed working drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site engineers.
  • Participate in site visits, documentation, and progress reporting.
  • Conduct research on materials, sustainable design solutions, and building codes.
  • Collaborate with the design team to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure accuracy, detailing, and quality across drawings and presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. Master's preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 2+ years of professional experience is a must (internships or full-time).
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design sense with the ability to translate ideas into drawings and 3D visuals.
  • Good understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Spoken proficiency in English (additional regional languages like Kannada/Hindi are a plus).
