Job Title: Security Specialist

RSM is seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our assets, personnel, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CCTV Surveillance and Monitoring: Utilize CCTV systems to monitor and respond to security threats in real-time.
  • Effective Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Surveillance and Reporting: Conduct thorough surveillance and reporting activities to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • CCTV Installation and Maintenance: Perform preliminary knowledge on CCTV installation and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • CCTV Interface Applications: Work experience on CCTV interface applications to enhance surveillance capabilities.
  • Control Room Operations: Participate in control room operations to ensure smooth coordination of security efforts.
  • Investigations and Case Formation: Evaluate investigations and report formation of cases to support incident resolution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., security management, law enforcement, criminology).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in CCTV systems.
