Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of an Invoicing Associate.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with numbers, possess excellent attention to detail, and can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers on time.
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites.
  • Submit invoices electronically via data interchange.
  • Understand key invoicing areas specific to each customer.
  • Verify each field on the invoice before submission.
  • Maintain supporting documents and backups with invoices.
  • Update invoice status promptly in Navision.
  • Keep records of invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files.
  • Collaborate with the payroll and invoicing team to accelerate invoice submission.
  • Send statements of accounts to customers.
