Procurement Expert for NetSuite Integration

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our team as a Coupa NetSuite Integration Specialist.

This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity that requires strong technical skills and experience with Coupa implementation, data mapping, supplier onboarding, and banking information integration to NetSuite.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement workflows in Coupa and their accounting impact in NetSuite.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing reliable advice and recommendations on tackling issues and improving processes
  • Handling Level 2/3 functional and technical support, gathering requirements, resolving issues end-to-end, and communicating effectively with business and IT teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes

Preferred qualifications include exposure to electronic invoicing compliance frameworks, SSO/security role management, and relevant Coupa or NetSuite certifications.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Senior-level expertise in Coupa implementation and post-go-live support with deep knowledge of the P2P module
  • Strong hands-on experience in Coupa NetSuite integration using the Coupa P2P+ Expenses Bundle in NetSuite, including troubleshooting, data mapping, supplier onboarding, and banking information integration to NetSuite
  • Solid understanding of procurement, invoicing, expenses, and approval workflows in Coupa and their accounting impact in NetSuite

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Exposure to electronic invoicing compliance frameworks, SSO/security role management, and relevant Coupa or NetSuite certifications
  • Experience in other API-based custom integrations
