Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality design solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ownership of statutory drawings for specific projects.
  • To ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • To grow professionally and facilitate the growth and development of the reporting team.
  • To provide timely and complete design responses to client requirements.

Role Description:

  • Take ownership of the quality of the design portfolio for entrusted projects.
  • Create best-in-class design responses to project demands resulting in award-winning creative designs.
  • Develop comprehensive design portfolios at every stage of the design process backed by accurate documentation.
  • Make internal presentations of the final signed-off concept design to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with sub-consultants and design support services to deliver fully coordinated designs.
  • Ensure efficient project delivery in line with planned resourcing and timelines.
  • Grow professionally by achieving personal advancement goals and facilitating the growth of the reporting team.
  • Ensure no client escalations due to design coordination or documentation errors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Interior Design are preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Wide experience in interior space design with 5-10 years of expertise in architectural projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
