Project Manager Civil
  • With a minimum of 14 to 17 years' experience as a Project and Construction Manager in civil & interior works execution, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
  • You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, execution, and completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • A strong track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects is essential, with experience in managing teams of up to 20 engineers and supervisors.
  • Proven expertise in stone cladding of facades, both wet and dry cladding, is mandatory, along with the ability to inspect and check building materials for quality and identify defects.
  • You will also be responsible for monitoring work progress, reporting to the VP Engineering, and assisting the site team and coordinating with the PMO for verification, validation, and certification of bills.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for QA & QC, preparing snag lists, and following up with contractors to ensure timely delivery and handover to the operations team.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills are required to work effectively with vendors, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Knowledge of AUTOCAD and MS PROJECT is necessary, along with the ability to handle project cost estimation, approvals, and site expenses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
