Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for installation and commissioning, customer support, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
  • Installation and Commissioning: You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and install solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Customer Support: You will provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting: You will use your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex issues that arise during installations or usage.
Requirements
  • Education: We require an ITI certification and/or currently pursuing ITI.
  • Experience: A minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in the field is preferred.
Skills and Competencies

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions is crucial.
