Transformational Journey Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Transformational Journey Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with international spiritual seekers interested in authentic Indian cultural experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-level telesales calls to Western prospects to promote our transformational journeys
  • Maintain accurate and detailed daily call logs and weekly sales reports
  • Create engaging educational resources on Indian spirituality using Google Workspace/MS Office
  • Craft compelling emails and communicate effectively with international travelers
  • Implement AI tools to enhance sales processes and improve customer engagement
  • Nurture long-term relationships with high-value prospects to secure bookings
  • Collaborate with local practitioners to customize authentic experiences that meet the needs of our clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales/telecalling/customer-facing roles with non-Indian customers
  • Strong academic performance with a minimum of 80% in both 10th and 12th standard
  • Excellent English proficiency (speaking and writing)
  • An active spiritual practice with a minimum of 2 years' experience in meditation, yoga, or sadhana
  • Prior knowledge of Indian spiritual traditions and cultural heritage is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is essential
  • A willingness to learn and implement AI tools to enhance sales processes
  • An empathetic and relationship-building approach to sales is crucial
