Our company is seeking a Cost Controller to join our finance team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the finance lead in various activities and fostering best-in-class finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing large volumes of complex financial information from multiple sources, creating reports, forecasts, and projections.
  • Identifying potential problems, developing problem-solving skills among direct reports and other team members.
  • Developing presentations and effectively communicating with all levels of the company, hotels, owners, and external customers.
  • Utilizing MS Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, including effective collaboration and issue resolution. They will also be detail-oriented, organized, and able to take initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement essential elements for the team to fulfill responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present to various levels of management and external customers.
