Sustainability Analyst

Norsk Hydro is a leading Norwegian aluminium and renewable energy company with a rich history and a vibrant future. We operate in over 40 countries with a dedicated team of around 33,000 employees, spanning industries such as aluminium, energy, metals, recycling, and renewables.

In this 12-month apprenticeship, you will support the sustainability analysis of our supply chain, analyse ESG data to derive meaningful insights, and help identify any data quality issues. You will also contribute to presentations for senior management, gaining valuable experience and skills along the way.

1. Assist in the sustainability analysis of our supply chain.
2. Analyse ESG data at both basic and advanced levels to provide actionable insights.
3. Identify and address data quality issues.
4. Support in creating presentations for senior management.

A Graduate degree in BSc, MSc, or B.Tech in Environmental Science or Sustainability is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential. Fresh graduates from 2021-2024 are encouraged to apply.
