Warehouse Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional to design and implement warehouse solutions across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Design and Implementation: Lead the technical design and implementation of warehouse developments ensuring seamless integration with modules like MM, SD, TM, and external systems.
  • Custom Enhancements: Develop custom enhancements using ABAP, BADIs, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, and EWM-specific objects driving business growth through innovative solutions.
  • Team Guidance: Guide the team on RF development, SmartForms, and performance-optimized coding fostering collaboration and expertise sharing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical designs ensuring alignment and efficiency.
  • Code Review and Mentorship: Review code quality enforce development best practices and mentor junior developers promoting excellence and knowledge transfer.
  • System Performance and Integration: Own integration scenarios between EWM and modules like MM, SD, TM, and external systems providing expertise in system performance tuning debugging and issue resolution.
  • Full-Cycle Implementation: Support full-cycle implementation blueprinting development testing go-live and hypercare delivering high-quality results and ensuring project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • SAP ABAP Development: 7+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development with 4+ years focused on EWM demonstrating expertise in developing custom applications.
  • SAP EWM Architecture: Strong knowledge of SAP EWM architecture technical objects and warehouse processes enabling effective system design and implementation.
  • RFUI Development: Hands-on experience in RFUI development SmartForms WebDynpro/FPM and OO ABAP showcasing proficiency in user interface design and development.
  • Warehouse Processes: In-depth understanding of Warehouse Orders/Tasks queues and resource/process management ensuring efficient and effective warehouse operations.
  • SAP S/4HANA EWM: Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM embedded or decentralized leveraging expertise in designing and implementing complex warehouse solutions.
  • Integration Experience: Strong integration experience IDoc/ALE BAPIs OData services and Web Services facilitating seamless data exchange and system connectivity.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in leading development teams code reviews and project deliveries demonstrating leadership and project management skills.
