Job Title: E-learning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled E-learning Specialist to create high-quality learning experiences on the Canvas Learning Management System. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently while adhering to guidelines.

  • Create and maintain courses in Canvas LMS, ensuring alignment with instructional design specifications.
  • Develop and format content pages, HTML pages, quizzes, assignments, and documents according to design document guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Build and manage course assets, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Edit content on Content Management Systems.
  • Conduct QA and QC reviews to ensure learning materials meet quality and accessibility standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues during course setup and delivery, collaborating with relevant teams for solutions.
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
  • Deliver projects on time and ensure they meet the organization's high-quality benchmarks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or related field.
  • 1-4 years of working knowledge on HTML and CSS.
  • Experience working on Canvas LMS and/or CMS is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and accessibility standards for course design.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite and authoring tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
