Marketing Professional Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our innovative products across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Identify potential customers, markets, and sales opportunities.
  • Plan and execute campaigns (online and offline) to increase product visibility and drive sales growth.
  • Educate customers about the benefits and uses of our products through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to secure product placement and maximize sales potential.
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers to convert into sales.
  • Track and report marketing activities, campaign performance, and sales growth to inform future business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new products, technologies, and marketing strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in these areas.
  • Passion for promoting eco-friendly and sustainable products.
