Quality Assurance and Control Professional

As a Quality Assurance and Control Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance and control across all stages of project execution. The role involves preparing and managing quality documentation, conducting audits, monitoring compliance, and coordinating with site teams, vendors, and clients to maintain the highest construction and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, updating, and supervising the company's QA/QC manual, including all amendments and revisions.
  • Controlling and distributing all company quality documentation.
  • Monitoring all quality-related activities across assigned projects.
  • Performing internal and external audits on behalf of company management.
  • Verifying contractor quality requirements and reviewing vendor/contractor documentation submittals.
  • Attending pre-bid meetings and coordinating project quality requirements with bidders.
  • Attending client quality management meetings and representing the company in QA/QC matters.
  • Preparing and controlling project quality system documentation prior to project commencement.
  • Reviewing and assessing qualifications and training needs of quality inspection personnel.
  • Monitoring and closing out nonconformance reports, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  • Tracking and improving the effectiveness of the project's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Coordinating QA/QC activities with site managers, procurement managers, and customer representatives.
  • Ensuring proper statistical reporting methods are applied where required.
  • Addressing, acting upon, and closing all customer complaints related to quality.
  • Controlling and archiving all quality documentation upon project completion.
About You
  • Minimum Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering (specialization in Quality Management preferred).
  • Minimum Experience: 5–8 years in QA/QC roles within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Software Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and construction QA/QC practices.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
