Job Title: Process Excellence Strategist

This role presents a unique opportunity to lead process improvement efforts for a leading global engineering player. As a Process Excellence Strategist, you will be working at the forefront of heavy engineering, driving cutting-edge projects that shape the future of our industry.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in process improvement, business transformation, and operational excellence. You will have a proven track record of delivering results across multiple functions in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably within the oil and gas sector.

About the Role:
  • Lead CI Efforts: Drive change initiatives across various departments, aligning process improvement efforts with overall business strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, HR, IT, finance, and commercial teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Digital Enablement & Automation Support: Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation in routine business workflows, collaborating with IT and digital teams to implement RPA, ERP enhancements, and paperless solutions.
  • Capability Building & Culture Change: Promote Lean thinking and continuous improvement behaviors across all levels, building informal networks of process champions to support cultural transformation.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification: Required certification as a Black Belt or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 8+ years of experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence, with a strong background in working independently and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
