Job Opportunity: Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team at a prestigious firm. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio and 10-12 years of experience in interior design.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and develop project concept designs that meet their needs
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and services consultants to bring the project to life efficiently
  • Participate in the design development process and finalize designs based on client feedback
  • Provide design inputs and value engineering solutions to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Review design documentation and communicate design details to site engineers for seamless execution
  • Coordinate tendering and procurement of materials and products from reliable suppliers
  • Ensure adherence to site guidelines from the project team/property management to maintain quality standards
  • Collaborate with architects, services consultants, site engineers, and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget constraints

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Interior Design degree from a reputable institution
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in interior design with a proven track record of success
